The Receival Area

During vintage, we love the excitement and enthusiam in the receival area.

We have a team who process all our incoming fruit into four receival bins, being careful where they are sending the juice once its been pressed. The area is only used once throughout the year and the rest of the time, it sits awaiting the next vintage!

If all the bins are operating at once, we have the capacity to process 90 tonnes of fruit at any one time!
