Did you know we have the largest collection of concrete eggs in New Zealand?

We’ve managed to get them up and running and making 2018 wines already! After our grapes are picked and transported to the winery, they are pressed and de-stemmed and once the juice is settled, it’s time for fermentation. This is where we add yeast which eats the natural sugars inside the juice and converts it in to alcohol.

The next step in the Winemaking process is when our Winemakers grade and blend our wines. Stayed tuned!
