Sauvignon Blanc
Sauvignon Blanc translates as "Wild White" and can be dated back to the 18th Century and the Bordeaux & Loire Valley regions of France. Around 80% of our vineyard is planted in Sauvignon Blanc providing numerous opportunities for crafting a variety of expressions of this versatile varietal. Vines closest to the sea have structure and mineral acidity as their main characters, while the rolling north-facing slopes create wines with concentrated stone fruit and blackcurrant notes.
