Grüner Veltliner
Grüner Veltliner is a dry white wine that can be a great alternative to Sauvignon Blanc. We planted our first vines back in 2008 and have been making wine from the grapes since 2011. Characterised by large bunches we typically pick the fruit 3 or 4 times in order to allow each bunch to ripen sufficiently. Once in the winery we employ a range of traditional techniques such as barrel fermentation, lees stirring and wild fermentation to create a wine with character, texture and weight.
