Chardonnay

Chardonnay is the fifth most widely planted grape variety in the world. We grow our own Chardonnay in the Awatere Valley but also source grapes from Hawke's Bay, from sub regions characterised by moderate temperatures and free draining soils. These conditions help produce great quality fruit with distinctive pineapple, citrus and stone fruit flavours which we round off with a lovely toasty oak.
