Tasting Ferments

This week at the winery we've caught up with our winemakers who are tasting some of our vintage 2019 ferments!

Our winemakers will consistently taste through our wines as they progress through their fermentation. With the help of lab analysis our winemakers will adjust ferment temperatures and assess when to stop the ferments based on these daily tastings.

Our winemakers are very excited with the quality of the fruit and wines coming out of our 2019 vintage. We can't wait for you to try them!
