We've loved collaborating with Emilie Pullar of Burnt Butter Table over the past couple of years. Her recipes are accessible and incredibly delicious, so when our Chief Winemaker Natalie Christensen was in Auckland recently, we jumped at the chance to get the two together to create some pasta magic!
