Craig Rice was a Partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers for 25 years, including 11 years on the leadership team. He has provided commercial advice to several wine companies and has twice completed extensive strategic reviews for New Zealand Winegrowers. Over the course of his career, Craig has advised on transactions with an underlying value of more than $10b across multiple sectors.
Bridget Coates is an experienced global leader who has built and led businesses in both the United States and New Zealand in recent years. She has held Chairperson, Director and CEO roles across a range of public and private sector entities.
John Wilson is a wine industry specialist providing business advisory services. When growing up in Marlborough he decided to develop a career in the wine industry, this led to 33 years of wine industry experience in Australia, USA, and New Zealand. He believes that the alignment of key business functions, through planning and collaboration, are key ingredients to optimise financial success.
Matt Todd NZCE, PG Dip Bus, MBA, CMInstD, JP, was Chief Executive of Eastland Group Limited for over 20 years which he successfully grew from small beginnings into a diversified energy and infrastructure business worth over $1 billion. Alongside this he has extensive governance experience across a number of sectors including viticulture.
Matt Kerr is an independent director and Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of professional and operational wine industry experience. He is proud to have supported Yealands Wines in its early years as Peter Yealands' accountant. He also has a strong connection to the area Yealands calls home. As a co-owner he helped develop a 95-hectare vineyard near Yealands’ base. Matt currently chairs a number of boards including MDC Holdings, Marlborough Airport, Marlborough Stadium Trust, and the Marlborough Hospice Foundation.
